I am a complete skeptic. So when Marsha sold me the first bottle of Hot Flash & Splash I was doubtful it would help me. I have been having hot flashes for over 10 years and nothing worked. I did not want to go on hormones so I decided I would just have to suffer. Well, I suffer no more. True to her word Hot Flash & Splash works. When I feel a hot flash coming on, I spray some on my face & neck (it does not affect my makeup) and in a moment, the flash subsides without leaving me looking like I've just taken a shower.

Eighteen years ago I had a complete hysterectomy.  I was scared of the hormones so I stopped taking them after 2 years. I have the night sweats and flashes all day. I tried “Hot Flash & Splash” once at a church meeting and the flash stopped! I don’t know what’s in it but all I can say is “It works”! I can’t believe the difference it has made. I thought I would loose my mind with these flashes but now I have this splash that stops these terrible, terrible flashes.
