POOL INSTALLATION SERVICES

When a contractor is not available in an area to install a pool for the manufacturer that you have selected, Continental Pool Works can help. We are authorized by most fiberglass pool manufacturers to install pools where they do not have a contractor. It is our policy not to infringe on any territory where a manufacturer has an authorized contractor.

When you contact us about a pool installation, we will contact the manufacturer you have selected for confirmation that we may proceed. Once we have a confirmation, we will outline with you the procedures required to get things started. From that point on, we will work together step by step to accomplish a successful outcome. Continental Pool Works will act primarily in a supervisory capacity. Labor, construction equipment, supplies and material are not furnished. We can, however help arrange for the equipment, supplies and materials to be delivered to the job site.

Typically, we will make all the arrangements for the pool delivery. Once we know when the pool is to arrive, we will come to your job site and oversee the pool excavation. When the pool arrives, we will make sure it is set it in place properly and back filled. The pool equipment is set and the plumbing is completed. The electrician does his part and then it is time for the deck work. At this time, our part is normally complete.

The costs for our services are usually considerably less than a contractor would charge. The down side is that we only warrant the pool for one year against damage do to improper installation. All other work and material is not covered. However, sub contractors on the job may warranty there work. If a contractor installs your pool, their warranty would probably cover all the work and material for at least one year.
